Someone that has been alone for a longggggggggggggggggggg time may argue with me on this. Heck, my own mother may argue with me on this but you were created to have love. And not just the snotty nose, Danimals Yogurt kind of love.
Forgive me, my daughter has a running nose and the amount of tissues we are going through is ridiculous. But the point I’m trying to make is that your children’s unconditional love, or grandkids, or your nephews/nieces is not enough.
You are a social being (yes even my introverted friends), meant to co-exist and have positive social relationships. The highest form of social relationships are of the intimate kind.
We seek love because it fulfills a natural need within us. Without it people slowly die. Ever see an old couple nag each other for 30 years, somehow still talk about how deeply they care each other and then one partner suddenly dies? It isn’t unusual for the spouse to transition as well….from a broken heart.
Those that don’t ever get to experience that kind of love wither away even earlier. Listen to my video to hear more about that.
There is someone waiting to be with you, waiting to meet someone with your personality. You were not meant to live alone.
And if you have been blessed to find someone that completes you, uplifts you, is by your side when no one else stuck around….
Do me a favor.
Show your partner some appreciation, let them know that you care.
Hallo there Jay,
I have to say that this is the most interesting post I have read today. Your level of humor is on another level. I also believe that we were born to love since this seems to cure all the problems we have.
I do have someone myself. I really feel that she must have been the one who ran away with my left rib and I will do you a favor and show them great love. 🙂
Thanks a lot.
Hi Dave,
Thank you for reading! It is beautiful that you have someone that seems to complete you. I wholeheartedly agree that love cures all.
