The get quiet mind

Gaining peace is found in what I call the get quiet mind.

The quiet is preserving and restoring.

Being able to sit and quietly think helps to preserve the overall peaceful nature of a person, as well as your peace of mind. Then there is restoration. Any anger, anxiety, worry is released and the true “you” is restored.

The importance of truly being you can be the difference between sitting day/night at a job you hate and working towards fulfillment in a career that was meant for you.

Are you existing or are you living? Can’t really decide? Then I encourage you to develop the get quiet mindset. Slow down and feel what direction you are moving into or should be moving towards.
