I agree that goals must be written down. Otherwise, it’s not a goal… it’s only a wish.

Without seeing your list my guess would be that you have a pretty long list. Am I right? If so, you may need a list for short term goals and one for the long term. That may help to focus.

You are so right that writing goals are vital if we want to accomplish them. I’ve read somewhere that when writing goals, you give a commend to your conscious mind, which then the conscious mind send it to the subconscious and that’s when the magic happens 🙂
