Your past is only an indication of what you were previously. Hopefully you have grown and learned a lot as a result.
If you have learned anything you have learned what to avoid. So stop rethinking or re-living where you were because you are no longer there.
What you are doing by wondering about the what if’s or should of’s is preventing anything new from coming your way.
Look forward to what your future could be. This will make room for it or a similar result to occupy the space that was clogged up by active remembering of past hurts.
